Follow the landmarks

1. Liberty Garden Cross Road No. 4

   Turn into Cross Road No. 4 from Liberty Garden. It is the road beside the garden's east gate.

2. Near Mehta Industrial Estate

   Keep going past the industrial estate on your left.

3. Opposite Amar Dairy

   When you see Amar Dairy, stop. The building you want is across the road from it.

   Go up one floor. Look for the brass elephant on the door.

Parking and the building

There is street parking on Cross Road No. 4 and a two-wheeler stand outside the building. The clinic is one floor up, by lift or stairs. If you have trouble with stairs, tell us when you book and the desk will help.

• Any earlier X-rays, scans or dental reports, even old ones.
• A list of the medicines you take, including anything for blood pressure, diabetes or thinning the blood.
• Any dentures, retainers or night guards you wear.

Coming from outside Malad

The nearest station is Malad railway station on the Western line, about ten minutes by auto-rickshaw from the clinic. Ask for Liberty Garden, then Amar Dairy. The Liberty Garden bus stop is a short walk away.
